Golden Chopsticks is an on-site Chinese restaurant located inside the Baobab Holiday Resort on Baobab Estate Road, off the New Mombasa–Malindi Road (opposite Haller Park) in Mombasa. There are separate menus for meat-eaters and vegetarians, and vegetarians actually have a solid range of dishes to pick from, not just a token option or two. Some of the standout dishes people keep coming back for include jumbo prawns in batter, chicken with cashews, fish in batter with a hot sour sauce, noodles with vegetable rice, and sesame pork. Beyond the restaurant, the resort has 85 guest rooms and conference facilities that can hold up to 120 people, plus an outdoor restaurant area.
